About Better Conversations

Better Conversations is a speech and language therapy programme that has improved the day to day conversations of many people living with communication difficulties.

The person living with communication difficulties and a family member or friend work together, coached by a speech and language therapist, to build and develop conversation skills. Research shows it supports both people involved to make changes that can improve wellbeing and quality of life.

This therapy programme is being thoroughly researched at University College London, and has been used by speech and language therapists worldwide.
